Think about: The Israelites walked through the desert 40 years before they entered the Promised Land.
Actually I wish I would have that quality gear where the scripture said that the clothes and shoes did not wear out all the 40 years.
Much of the modern stuff hardly last one year.
Sometimes it feels in real life it takes much longer.
Some people might be already there where they supposed to be.
Others don’t see even a glimpse of the light at the end of the tunnel.
Not sure about yours but my walk in the desert of this world seem to be endless.
Many times very hot, dry and boring with a lot of complaints but regardless of all my complaints… I am looking forward with that neverending desire and cannot wait anymore to be in my eternal home.
Well, there are many ways to walk through the desert and in life, but only one way to heaven, one way to eternal life!
The song is not about all the mysteries, contradictions and inconsistency in the bible but about the path to heaven with all of the clear signposts and a lot of questions.
