I have a recorder right beside my bed and whenever I have a intersting dream where I think it is worthy to journal I am going to switch on the little recorder (dictaphone). So I can make sure I will not forget.
Sometimes the dream is strong and I am tired… thinking… I will not forget. Then after I fell asleep again and wake up the next time the dream is usually gone… as said like a breath…
